Refrigerant Monitor, Emergency Alarm Systems CEU class.

Building Inspector’s Class

In 2015, HazMat AnalyticsTM started on a mission to assist both the Code Enforcement and the Architect / Engineering communities on how hazardous materials safety is addressed in the Building and Fire Codes and the associated standards that support them.

HazMat AnalyticsTM provides education to the public and inspection community on the risks of hazardous materials in a variety of settings.
We accomplish this by providing education on the dangers of materials in use, stored, handled, dispensed and generated and the mitigation solutions that are available to monitor and alarm for releases of such materials.  We support our teaching with building and fire code regulations, OSHA regulations and other industry consensus documentation. Our expertise is in Code Compliance, Worker Safety as it revolves around HazMat Exposure, Detection and Mitigation.

Jim Parker, the founder of HazMat AnalyticsTM, has over 30 years of experience designing and installing gas and hazardous material detection and process control systems.
